and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
John
W. Sherwood, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has
an A.S. Computer Science degree from The Pennsylvania State
University and a B.S. degree from York College of Pennsylvania.
Since 1996 he directed design and development of wide area
networks to deliver application software securely across the
Internet in virtual private network configurations. Prior
to launching Zerosum he held several technology positions.
Years as a Director of Information Systems and Technology
have added invaluable experience to the current BIO Centers
project. Previous to his WAN management experience Mr. Sherwood
was Director of Microcomputer Development & Support & Officer
for the then $3B asset York Bank & Trust Company. Responsibilities
included all aspects of the deployment of microcomputer resources
across all of the corporate departments. Before his managerial
positions Mr. Sherwood was also a programmer analyst. He developed
software for business applications and electronic payment
systems (EFT/ACH) using smart card micorprocessor cards. He
also holds several software copyrights for the software.

Ajai Nair
received a Bachelor Science in Information Systems from The
Pennsylvania State University. He has spent the last ten years
in the computer industry working for such diverse companies
as Owens Corning Fiberglas, QVC, Cabletron Systems and David's
Bridal, Inc. integrating their Information Infrastructures
into the core of each business. As Director of Technical Services
he was responsible for the hiring, and the management of,
a fifteen-person team of technical professionals. Under his
direction, this team was developed and staffed in less than
one year's time and is now responsible for the design, deployment,
and management of all technical systems. His background includes
extensive experience in data center construction and development,
telecommunications, and virtual private networks. Throughout
his career, Ajai has developed and maintained strategic relationships
with vendors and suppliers. These partnerships have enabled
him to provide corporations with high quality products in
a timely manner. Ajai has worked as a technical consultant
for Amerigas, Smith Klein, and the law firm, Morgan Lewis
to provide improved technical direction by assisting companies
in the areas of design, institution, and trouble shooting.
He has also been called upon to review and analyze the technical
viability of business plans for many start-up organizations.
These requests have come from investment organizations, as
well as from business associates, and have included businesses
in B to B and B to C Internet ventures. During his time at
Cabletron Systems, Ajai was pivotal in the development and
testing process for new product lines such as, ATM, Switch
Routers, and Access Switches. His skills were called upon
in assessing the market viability of these products, as well
as providing customer feedback to development teams.
Ajai complements the management team and in addition to other
responsibilities he will head the high performance computing
services, Grid computing and cluster computing initatives.
These are an important components of our company objectives
and philosophy in developing the bioinformatics infrastructure
operation centers (BIO Centers) and web portal.

Richard
D. Evans
Director Healthcare Marketing
Richard
Evans is a successful, accomplished executive and entrepreneur
with demonstrated achievement in marketing, finance, and operations
of acute and long-term healthcare facilities. His education
includes an M.B.A.in finance and marketing from Penn State
University in addition to a B.S.-Biology/Chemistry; and a
B.A. History/Pol. Sci. with University of Illinois.
He is the present Owner/CEO of Ezperience Evans Healthcare
MGMT., LLC. a healthcare management and consulting company
developing assisted living facilities. He has coordinated
all developmental activities including planning, financing,
site selection, design as well as directed all hiring, equipment
purchasing, marketing , and operations.
He is Dir.- Corporate Development for H.E.S.Rest Haven, Inc.
H.E.S., Inc.is a 167-bed SNF, employing 170+ people, with
revenues in excess of $8 million, as well as, development
and implementation of strategic planning. Differentiated the
facility, by implementation of marketing strategies, in an
eight-provider marketplace, achieving and maintaining the
#1 market position for 16 consecutive years, averaging 98+%
occupancy. Rest Haven became and remains the premier facility
of its kind in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Developed
and implemented growth strategy, resulting in a $3.5 million
drug and alcohol rehab facility. Served as Administrative
Director, providing day-to-day operational and financial management.
In addition, Mr. Evans is on the board of directors for York
Suburban School District. He has assisted in implementing
a management and budgetary philosophy that lowered budgetary
growth from 7+% annually to less than CPI growth annually.
Directly responsible for negotiating District health insurance
program, reducing annual expenses by more than $225,000. Founded
the York Area Technology in Education Consortium(YATEC), a
cooperative effort of eight(8) York County school districts
to develop and implement a county-wide, digital communications
network, saving the average member in excess of $1 million
annually in technology costs, while establishing state-of-the-art,
high-speed, high-bandwidth capabilities.
He has been Senior Management Consultant for the Hospital
Association of Pennsylvania. There he completed 37 projects,
in all areas of acute care operations, improving customer
service, facilitating care and treatment outcomes, and saving,
in aggregate, over $52 million in expenses, annually. Solely
responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies
for a proprietary MIS program, resulting in moving from last
nationally, to second, nationally. Managed and marketed the
Radiology Information System Consortium(RISC), a consortium
of 28 University and major teaching hospitals across the country.
With the New Jersey Hospital Association he was Senior Management
Consultant and completed 23 projects, in all areas of acute
care facilities, resulting in annual savings, in aggregate,
of $17 million. Coordinated management and implementation
of Diagnosis Related Groupings(DRG) test program in NJ, a
federal prospective payment system. Created first-of-kind
free-standing emergency care facility in the nation.
Mr. Evans distinguished himself in the U.S. Army as a Medical
Specialist member of the Special Forces. He provided medical
support and treatment in combat situations as well as development
of a 40-bed hospital to treat a civilian population of 12,000,
without a physician. He was awarded numerous medals for valor
and service.
Mr. Evans complements the management team and in addition
to other responsibilities he will head the development of
our personalized medicine information distribution services.
This is an important component of our company's business objectives
and philosophy.
